Haiti Reconstruction Projects

You have advised that you wish to proceed with reconstruction projects in your community as per letter dated November 11, 2011 (attached). We have advised you on our recommendation for addressing reconstruction starting with delivery of one or more of our PWTP 500 water purification plants, as first step, followed by sustainable village development and waste-to-energy power plant.
In order to proceed with delivery of these projects we will need to prepare feasibility and due diligence necessary to determine if projects are profitable. This step is necessary to secure participation of investor/financier in each of the specific projects you wish to do.
The cost of preparation of feasibility and risk assessment (see attached) for reconstruction projects must be provided and funded by Croix-des-Bouquets and Government of Haiti. PWC, Pure Water Corporation can provide assistance via consultancy contract agreement.
We would appreciate receiving your reply and information on the following:
• Data and Statistics on intended Projects?
• What is the quantum of solid waste generated in the State/Region/Community?
• What the current and future needs of water of the State/Region/Community?
• What is the current and future Energy need of the State/Region/Community?
• What financial model and platform would be acceptable to the State/Region/Community?
If Sovereign and Local Government or local customer can provide, SBLC, asset backed bank instrument or Sovereign Guarantee; we can provide Bank Guarantee drawn on international bank for backing local funding/financing platform for delivery of our equipment, technologies, services and “know-how” for education.
Term of Agreement: 20 years
We seek to do business based on private enterprise, PPP/BOOT platforms, with clearly defined roles of Haiti Government, as stakeholder, for the provision of lands with access to fresh water source (ground, river, lake, etc), along with provision of licenses, permits, right of way, access roads and guarantees on payment for reliable supply of “pure water and clean energy” and construction of sustainable developments, buildings and related infrastructure.
Our technology transfer capabilities will enable us to manufacture our equipment locally and provide jobs immediately and to next generation.
We look forward to working with you, to develop a “made in Haiti” solution to your current and future sustainable development needs.
